How much does it cost?

Monthly bookkeeping starts at $199 depending on expense volume. Personal tax returns start at $199 depending on the number of schedules involved. Business tax returns and other services are priced by project. We'll give you an exact number after learning about your situation.

My books are behind. Can you catch them up?

Yes. We do catch-up bookkeeping to get everything current and accurate. Pricing depends on how far behind you are and how much cleanup is involved. We'll give you a timeline and cost after reviewing your records.

Do you file taxes?

Yes. We prepare both business and personal tax returns. We also handle 1099 preparation for contractors and vendors at year-end.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contract. Month-to-month service. You can cancel anytime.

How do I send you documents?

We'll set you up with a secure way to share files. You can also email documents if that's easier for you.

Do we need to meet in person?

Not required. Most work happens remotely. If you prefer to meet in person, we're based in The Woodlands and happy to do that.

Do I need QuickBooks?

We work with QuickBooks Online. If you don't have it set up yet, we can handle that for you. QuickBooks setup and training is a separate service starting at $399.

What do I need to do each month?

Send us bank statements and receipts. Answer questions if something looks unclear. That's about it. Most clients spend 15 minutes or less each month on their end.

Do you handle payroll?

We offer payroll system setup and training. We'll configure your payroll system and teach you how to run it yourself. If you need full payroll processing handled for you, we can recommend a reliable provider.

How quickly will you respond?

We respond to messages within one business day. If something is urgent, call or text directly.

How soon can you start?

Usually within a week of our first conversation. If your books need cleanup, we start there. If they're current, we move straight into monthly service.

Do you work with construction companies?

Yes. We work with general contractors, home builders, remodelers, and skilled trades. We also offer construction job costing to track labor, materials, and subcontractor costs by project so you can see what's actually profitable.
